MANUALLY CONTROLLED HYDRAULIC STEERING SYSTEM

DESIGNED FOR STEERED AXLES ON TRAILERS AND MOBILE EQUIPMENT WHERE MANUAL STEERING
CONTROL IS REQUIRED FOR IMPROVED MANEUVERABILITY.

CONFIGURABLE: BENEFITS:
Our manual steering systems are configurable to suit The use of steering axles provides better load
varying maneuverability requirements. We can customize distribution, stability, and lower deck heights when
both the steering hardware, and control system. Axles compared with straight axles on turn table type

required.
OPERATION:
Manual steering control is provided through a control
unit that delivers hydraulic pressure to the steering
system. The control unit can include a hydraulic power
source or connect to a customer supplied hydraulic
power unit. A receiver can be installed to accept remote
control signal for steering functions.

CONTROL:
Control of the system can be provided through
mechanical actuation, and/or wired or wireless handheld
pendant. Simple to operate functions are steer direction
1, steer direction 2, and steer centered.

APPLICATIONS:
This type of steering system is beneficial when
transporting heavy equipment, large precast and
structural products, mobile infrastructure support, and
other large and heavy items that place extreme demands
on the maneuverability of the vehicle combination.
