    To: THE PRESIDENT

    LEIAAI,

    This is to inform you that I give my consent to my son/


    daughter,__________________________________, to finish his/her ground/simulator
    training in Taguig despite the threats of Covid-19. My son/daughter has been aware of the
    new safety protocols and guidelines of the school to ensure their safety while having their
    ground/simulator training.

    I have considered the benefits that my son/daughter will derive from his/her training
    with understanding that every precaution will be undertaken to ensure his/her safety. I shall
    not hold the school responsible for any untoward accident that may happen during their
    training which is beyond their control.
