Instruction:
Brainstorm among your groupmates how to best respond to a request.

Follow the guidelines as format of the content of your Email. Supply the rest of the essential
parts of an email.

Write a response to this e-mail from the student services office.

In preparation for the Face-to-face classes, I want to know your opinion about how the new
normal set-up might impact the health and safety protocol situation of the students during
onsite classes and to your organization as well.

4. What can we do to meet these challenges?

5. What is positive about our current situation?

Make sure you emphasize what a great job you are doing.
