SPICY SHRIMP TACOS

W/AVOCADO CREMA

Serves 4

Shrimp cook fast, there are a few things to look for to know that your shrimp is cooked. Shrimp will turn from translucent to opaque when cooked through.
They will also form a "c" shape which can be remembered by "c" stands for cooked. If you decide to grill your shrimp, thread them on a skewer so they don't
fall through the grates of your grill.

Ingredients: Instructions:
1 lb shrimp (raw, peeled & deveined) see note for 1. In a small bowl or ziplock bag, whisk together the following marinade ingredients: 1 tsp dark
shrimp prep chili powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp ground cumin, ½ tsp dried oregano,1 tsp garlic,
1 tsp chili powder minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder), ½ tsp red pepper flakes, ½ tsp salt, Juice of 1 lime (about 2
