Build The Frame

Cut the parts

Refer to the cut list, cutting layout and exploded view page for all the parts.
Start off by cutting the parts according to the labels.

2 Build the frame

Next, drill (2) pocket holes on Part (A) on each end. Now, line up Part (A) to
Part (B), secure the parts with a clamp. Then, drive in the pocket holes screws.

Build The Legs

Build the legs

Locate Part (C), there is 8 total. Only drill pocket holes in four of Part (C).
Next, pair up Part (C)”one with pocket holes and one without.”

Need: 8- Part (C) and (16) 2.5in pocket holes screws

Attach the legs to the frame

Place the frame on a flat surface
then attach the first leg.

Use a square to make sure the leg


is square to the frame. You’ll need
to check this on the long and short
side of the frame.
Clamp the leg in place and secure
with wood screws. Use two screws
per side.

Repeat for all the legs.

Need: (4) Legs and (16) 2.5in pocket holes screws

Attach The Stretcher

Attach the bottom rails

Line up Part (D) to the legs. Add two screws at each joint.

Need: (2)-Part (D) and (8) 2.5in pocket holes screws

Add the stretcher

Install Part (A), place this in the
center and secure it using pocket hole
screws.

Need: Part (F) and Legs and (16) 2.5in pocket holes screws

Attach the castors

Add Part (G) to the corner post. Glue
and screw this part in place as it adds
a more rigid surface to mount the
castors.

Now, install the castors.

Need: (4)- Part (G), (4)-Castors, (16)-1.5in wood screws and (16) Screws and washer for the castors

Cut The Top

Cut the top

If Part (I) is not cut already, set the sheet of plywood on top of the frame. If
you along the top to the frame, two side should line up. Now, mark the over-
hanged section. Flip it over and use a straight guide to rip this down to size.

Waste

Need: (1) Sheet of plywood

Add the bottom shelf

Locate Part (H), Set it in place and screw it down.

Need: Part (H) and (10) 1-1/2in wood screws

Add Brackets

10 Install the brackets

Using brackets makes


replacing the top easier in
the future, if needed.

Space the brackets accordingly.

11 Add the top and screws


Sit the plywood on top of the frame and clamp it. Now, add screws to secure the
top.

Buidling The Storage

12 Build the storage


To build the tool storage I used wood glue and 1-1/2’’ brad nails. As an
alternative you can use dowels or pocket hole screws.

Need: Part (J), (K), (L), (M), (N), and (O) Wood glue and 1-1/2in. brad nails

13 Install the tool storage

Use scrap wood to hold the tool


storage in place.

Need: Completed tool storage

14 Add screws
Secure the storage with wood
screws.

Need: (7) 1-1/2in wood screws

Route The Channel

15 Router Channel for the T-Track

Locate the 2x4 for Part (Q). This part needs a channel for the T-track. A
3/4in router bit is the perfect size for the T-Track. Router the channel in the
center for both of Part (Q). The slot needs to be at the seat 3/8in deep.

Need: Part (Q)

16 Install Part (Q)


Line up Part (Q) to Part (C). Add
A
four 2in wood screw through the
channel in Part (Q). Make sure the C
screw head is below the surface of the
channel. Do this for both parts.

Next, use a hand saw then carry the Q


channel up through Part (A) and the
plywood top.
Need: (8) 1-1/2in wood screws

17 Glue the parts


See cut details for Part (Q). You will
need to cut a T-Track in two. Place it in
the channel and secure it will screws.

Need: (1) 48in T-Track and (12 to 14) screws to hold the T-track

Attach Tool Holder

18 Tool holder

The tool holder is made from aluminum angle. This is cut down to fit under
the tool storage. It's great for hanging measuring tape, drills, Brad nailer and
anything with a hook.

Need: (1)

Round the corner with a file or


sand paper.

Repeat the same thing for both


side of the tool storage.

Sand and paint as desired.
