#1
UNDERSTAND
At the very beginning of my PlutoPay Responsive Web App process is the challenge of
understanding my target audience and their financial management needs well. I plan to not only
conduct research through interviews and surveys, but also immerse myself in the users' world to
truly understand them and capture their concerns and desires. During the phase, I will conduct in-
depth research on my target audience and the challenges they face in financial management. I
will use research methods such as user interviews and surveys. I will also analyze competitors
and existing financial applications, their strengths and weaknesses, and any possible gaps that I
can use as opportunities.
#2
OBSERVE
In this phase, I will actively observe how users manage their finances in their daily lives. Tracking their
actual actions and reactions will help me identify unobvious problems and opportunities for
improvement. I want to observe how people manage their finances in their daily lives. I will achieve this
through methods such as regular notes or empathy cards.

I can observe how a target user reviews his bank statements and receipts, categorizes his expenses, or
uses budgeting and investing tools. By observing his behavior, I will gain valuable information about the
users' thought processes and pain points.
#3 POV
After gathering information during the comprehension and observation
phases, I will have a good idea of the main problems faced by my target
audience. Now it is time to transform this information and define a point
of view (POV) statement that will reflect the unmet needs that I will
address with the financial app. This vision statement will reflect the core
need of my audience - simplicity and efficiency in managing finances.
#4
At this point, I'm going to define the problems. Clearly
defining the problem is the most important part in developing
a successful application. Next, I plan to brainstorm and

IDEATE
generate many potential solutions to the problem. I will then
analyze and evaluate the ideas based on feasibility,
desirability, and impact.

During the conceptualization process, I will use a variety of

methods including:
Brainwriting: Team members will write down their ideas on a
whiteboard or post-it notes, after which we will discuss and
develop them together.
SCAMPER method: We will use "What if?" questions to
explore different ways to improve or modify existing ideas.
User Stories: We will describe users' interactions with a
product or feature to better understand their needs and goals.
Sketching: Quickly sketch out ideas and concepts for
visualization and discussion.
#5
PROTOTYPE
Prototyping plays an important role in the design of PlutoPay. Prototyping will allow
me to evaluate the performance and usability of the service and get feedback from
users for further improvements. I will first create paper sketches and then low fidelity
mockups and further improve to higher fidelity.
On medium and high fidelity sketches, I will create a responsive design that will be
equally usable on both mobile and web platforms.
#6
TEST
Usability testing is a key point in the UX design process. I will present my
prototype to a group of target users and observe how they interact with it.
The goal is to identify any usability issues and get feedback on the
design. As well as functionality and usability tests. The feedback will help
identify weaknesses and refine the design to maximize user satisfaction.

#7
TELL STORY
After testing the prototype, I will be able to tell the story of the project, explaining
how PlutoPay solves users' financial problems. Using data from research and
testing, I will demonstrate the value of the service to the audience.
This story will explain how my app will be able to meet the needs of my target
audience and solve their financial management problems.
#8
PRESENT
The final step will be the presentation of the project to stakeholders,
investors and development participants. At this stage I will emphasize the
importance and uniqueness of PlutoPay.
My emphasis will be on making sure that my presentation is clear, concise
and convincing. I will focus on the benefits of my app and how it can meet
the needs of my target audience.
