OBJECTIVES
TUJUAN

All Housekeeping team understand about how to do glass washing sanitize it and to avoid any cross
contamination happen
Semua team Housekeeping mengerti tentang cara melakukan pencucian Gelas untuk
mkontainersihkannya dan untuk menghindari terjadinya kontaminasi Silang.

SCOPE
RUANG LINGKUP

This SOP should be Well Implemented by all Housekeeping team.

SOP ini harus dilaksanakan dengan Baik oleh seluruh tim Housekeeping.
All Housekeeping mkontainers are responsible for Washing All glass/Crockery in the guest's room.
Semua anggota Housekeeping bertanggung jawab untuk Mencuci Semua Gelas kaca yang ada
dikamar tamu.
Must be implemented on daily basis and the Glass Must be sanitized to avoid bacterial contamination.
Harus diterapkan setiap hari dan Gelas Harus disanitasi untuk menghindari kontaminasi bakteri

PROCEDURE
PROSEDUR
1. Room Attendants must prepared dedicated container, sponge and cloth for washing Glass and
Sanitized.
Setiap Petugas Kamar harus memiliki kontainer atau kotak khusus, spons dan kain khusus untuk
mencuci Kaca dan Sanitasi.

2. Prepare Suma Star D1 for manual cleaning of crockery (Glasses, Mug, Teaspoon) and Suma J512
for Sanitize.
Siapkan Suma Star D1 untuk pkontainersihan manual semua peralatan dapur (Gelas, Mug,
Sendok Teh) dan Suma J512 untuk Sanitasi

3. Before washing the glass, ensure to clean the sink area/Washbasin with taski R1 chemicals, Spray
thoroughly and wait 1 minutes for chemicals React then clean washbasin with sponge, rinse it and
spray J512 for Sanitized all the sink area/washbasin Sebelum mencuci Gelas, pastikan untuk
mkontainersihkan area wastafel dengan Chemical taski R1, Semprotkan secara menyeluruh dan
tunggu 1 menit untuk bahan kimia bereaksi lalu bersihkan wahbasin dengan sponge yang
berbeda lalu Bilas dan setelah itu semprotkan chemical J512 untuk sanitasi keseluruh area
bagian wastafel

4. All glassware will

be done with specific sponge -that stored in dedicated container or box, to avoid any cross
contamination and use hot water temperatures in accordance with sanitary standards.
Semua pencucian gelas akan dilakukan dengan spons khusus yang disimpan dalam wadah
tertentu atau Box container, untuk menghindari kontaminasi silang dan menggunakan suhu air
panas sesuai dengan standar sanitasi.

5. Put the container/box container into the wash basin and fill it with hot water then spray the
chemical Suma star D1 five times into the container.
Masukan kontainer/box Container ke dalam wash basin dan isi dengan air panas kemudian
semprotkan chemical Suma star D1 Lima kali kedalam kontainer.

6. Place and soak the glassware in a container and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Letakan dan rendam gelas, Mug dan sendok ke dalam kontainer dan diamkan selama 5 menit.

7. After soaking for 5 minutes, clean the glassware n in the container with sponge, rinse the glass
again by hot water until it is clean and place it in a special container filled with Suma J 512
liquid for the sanitizing process for 5 minutes, close the sanitising container.
Setelah direndam 5 menit, kemudian bersihkan gelas dan sendok yang ada didalam kontainer
tersebut dengan sponge, bilas kembali gelas oleh air panas sampai bersih dan masukan gelas
yang sudah bersih ke kontainer khusus yang sudah terisi dengan cairan suma J 512 untuk
proses sanitasi selama 5 menit, tutup kontainer sanitasi.

8. Change to special gloves for the drying process and Remove the glassware from the container
after 5 minutes and dry them using a special glass cloth (blue cloth).
Gantilah sarung tangan khusus untuk proses pengeringan dan Angkat gelas dan sendok dari
kontainer setelah 5 menit dan keringkan dengan menggunakan glass cloth khusus gelas.

9. During the drying process, hold the bottom of the glass with a glass cloth without touching the
glass directly, starting from the inside of the glass and continuing towards the outside of the glass.
Selama proses pengeringan, Pegang gelas bagian bawahnya dengan beralaskan glass cloth
tanpa menyentuh gelas secara langsung, mulai pengelapan dari dalam gelas dan dilanjutkan
kebagian luar gelas.

10. Room attendant should not touch the inner glass when it has been sanitized.
Room attendant tidak boleh menyentuh gelas bagian dalam ketika sudah di sanitize.

11. When all the processes are complete, Put the clean glasware into dedicated. Clean the container
from any remaining sanitiser for the next room of glass washing.
Ketika semua proses sudah selesai, letakan gelas dan sendok ditempat yang telah
disediakan/ditentukan dan Bersihkan container dari sisa pencucian untuk pencucian gelas
dikamar berikutnya.

12. Report to the Supervisor if there is damage/loss

Laporkan ke Supervisor bila ada kerusakan/kehilangan.

13. We also provide Blue Cloth for Sanitize glasware, Yellow Cloth for Sanitize Bedroom, green
Cloth for Cleaning Toilet bowl, Green Sponge for Cleaning Toilet Bowl and red handgloves for
Cleaning Toilet bowl.
Kita jg menyiapkan cloth berwarna biru untuk sanitasi gelas, cloth berwarna kuning untuk
sanitasi bedroom area, kain berwarna hijau untuk mkontainersihkan toilet, sponge berwarna
hijau untuk mkontainersihkan toilet dan handgloves berwarna merah untuk membersihkan
toilet.

14. Glass cloth must store separately in box /container to avoid cross contamination.
Kain khusus untuk gelas harus disimpan secara terpisah dalam box/wadah untuk menghindari
kontaminasi silang.
