說明：Remarks
一、 每年（當年度1月1日起至當年度12月31日止）持憑入境次數以6次為上限；如有1年內來臺超過6次以上需求者，自第7次起須先至駐外館處申請
簽證方可來臺。
A visitor can only enter R.O.C. (Taiwan) with Travel Authorization Certificate six times within a one-year period that
begins on January 1 and ends on December 31. If the visitor requires additional visits to Taiwan, please apply for visa at
R.O.C. (Taiwan) embassies or overseas missions.
二、 入境證照查驗時，須出示護照(效期6個月以上)、本證、美國簽證、回程機船票；以日本/韓國證件申請者，須另檢附入境日本/韓國記錄；以
澳洲、紐西蘭電子簽證申請者，該電子簽證於入境我國時，須尚在有效期限內，若不符合將拒絕入境。
Upon arrival, the visitor is required to present the Travel Authorization Certificate together with the passport (remaining
validity of at least six months while arriving Taiwan), USA visa, and return ticket for immigration inspection. Visitors who
use a visa issued by Japan/Korea as the required document, must also present the proof record of entering Japan/Korea.
Visitors who use an electronic visa issued by Australia or New Zealand as the required document, must also present the valid
Australia or New Zealand electronic visa. Failure to present the required documents will result in refusal of entry.

三、 本證並不保證順利入境，持證人尚須通過移民署航前搭機審查及入境證照查驗。如未經航前搭機審查或入境證照查驗，則為未經許可，仍不得
入境。
This certification does not guarantee entry into Taiwan. The holder still has to pass the National Immigration Agency's
inspections before boarding and entry. The holder failing to pass any of the inspections will be denied to enter.

四、 持本證首次入境者無須填寫入國登記表。於本證效期內再次入境，須重新填寫入國登記表。
Please fill in an (online) Arrival Card for immigration inspection each time before reentry within the validity of this
certificate. (When entering the country for the first time with this certificate, there is no need to fill in the (online)
Arrival Card.)
五、 為防範重大動物傳染病（如：非洲豬瘟）入侵，請勿攜帶肉類產品或動物產品入境臺灣，如經查獲將予重罰！

In order to prevent the invasion of major animal infectious diseases (such as African Swine Fever), please do not carry meat
products or animal products into Taiwan. If detected, you will be punished severely!
