Date: 13 March 2024 Venue: Meeting room of the Regional Delegation of Secondary Education Time: 09 a.m. Topic: Mid-term evaluation of the activities of the Service of School Mapping and School Guidance and prospects GENERAL OBJECTIVE Assessment of the activities planned, those carried out and those not carried out to date, and find solutions to any challenges faced in order to achieve the objectives set by the end of the school year. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES : - Take stock of the periodic documents expected and challenges faced; - Set a collaborative strategy to improve the collection of statistical data; = Involve guidance counsellors in TASK FORCE to reduce violence in schools; - Evaluate the 2023 JNOS (National Guidance and Counselling Day) and pave the way for the preparation of the 2024 JNOS. EXPECTED RESULTS = Receiving periodical documents on time and in the required format; = Drawing up of an action plan to improve the collection of statistical data in schools; = Planning of the celebration of the INOS 2024 and proposal of innovations; - Active participation of guidance counsellors in the fight against violence in schools. No.2: Activities carried out by the Education Secretaries to promote the practice of the guidance- counselling in schools (Lay private SEDUC and Catholic SEDUC) No. 3: Brief overview of violence in schools and the role of guidance counsellors in the fight against this scourge (Dr ARREY/IMS). 2.
