That on September 27, 2022 at about 1:00 in the afternoon, a certain Roberto Miguel y
Salo, 45 years old, married, foreman, and a resident of San Mateo, Isabela personally
appeared to this Station and reported that he noticed that the battery of Hyundai Single Cab,
color blue with Plate Number RGV 565 was missing. According to him, the said vehicle was
parked at the Municipal Covered Court of Dinalungan, Aurora. Afterwards, the drivers of
LGU Dinalungan namely Jimuel Gatita and Lloyd Gutierrez also revealed that the batteries
of the LGU trucks (ELF ISUZU, green in color with Plate Number XLR 313 and ISUZU Mini
Dumptruck. color green with Plate Number NGB 8505) were also missing. Personnel of this
Jimuel Gatita, Pob. Zone Station led by PCMS Rogelio M Aspillaga, Team Leader together with PMSg Edwin G

Sept. 27, 2022 Dinalungan Lloyd Gutierrez I, NPS No. IV-01-INQ- Elisan, Duty Inves went to the said area to investigate. Initial investigation disclosed that

Aurora and Roberto there were some youths that are seen loitering on the said area on September 26, 2022 at
HEGONA n Aurora about 8:00 pm. As the investigation is progressing, the investigator have seen a color blue

T-Shirt and a certain Jhon Marinhel Agawin (14y/o) admitted that he is the owner of the
shirt. Agawin further revealed that a certain Eugene Amayo y Hegona, 48 years old,
married, businessman and a resident of Pob. Zone I, Dinalungan, Aurora is the one who told
him (Agawin) and his cohorts, viz; 1.) John Carl Marquez Bitancor (13) and 2.) Reynald
Moreno (16) to steal the batteries. Said minors were turned over to MSWDO for proper
disposition.: Personnel of this Station headed by PCPT HAROLD R DONATO, OIC
immediately conducted a hot pursuit operation to effect the arrest of the said suspect. Brgy
Councilor Belinda B Cas of Pob Zone I was present during the arrest. Subject person was
arrested at 1:20 PM and now in the custody of Dinalungan MPS. Proper charges against

2022 the suspect was brought to the OPP, Baler Aurora for inquest proceedings.The crime
commited was classified as theft by Hon. PHANIE ROSE S ARAGON SAEZ. Asst
Provincial Prosecutor, Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Brgy Suklayin, Baler Aurora and docketed
as NPS No. IV-01-INQ-22I-162.

and Imelda That on September 12, 2022 at about 5:30 in the afternoon, a phone call
Delos Santos y received by Dinalungan MPS from a confidential informant (BIN) regarding
Laguidao on the alleged illegal gambling (playing cards) at Sitio NHA, Brgy Nipoo,
Dinalungan Aurora. Immediately, team led by PEMS MICHAEL P
MABBORANG, MESPO under the supervision of PCPT HAROLD R
DONARO, OIC proceeded at the said place together with one Brgy Councilor
namely Jomar C. Ubalde to verify the veracity of the information. Upon
reaching the aforementioned place, the team caught in the act the three (3)
Brgy. suspects namely Lovely Flores, 27 Y/O, single, and a resident of Sitio NHA,
Nipoo, NPS Docket No. IV- Brgy Nipoo, Dinalungan, Aurora, Salvacion Hebrio y Cielo, 56 Y/O, married,
Dinalunga 01-INV-221-294 housewife, and a resident of Sitio NHA, Brgy Nipoo, Dinalungan, Aurora, and
n Aurora Imelda Delos Santos y Laguidao, 47 y/o, housewife, married, and a resident
of Sitio NHA, Brgy. Nipoo Dinalungan Aurora, playing cards (Tong-it). Seized
from the suspects are one (1) set of Playing Card, and bet money in different
denominations with the total amount of Two hundred Fifty Two pesos
(P252.00). Suspects and pieces of evidences are now under the custody of
