Background
3M is supplying 3M filtering facepiece respirators manufactured in Asia to the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in response to a rated order issued under
the U.S. Defense Production Act (DPA). These respirators are being imported to the U.S. by FEMA in order to assist in the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, subject to
