1. In iDeals, there are 4 different types of groups

Full Admin:

Restricted Admin:

Collaboration Users:

Individual users:

2. Full Admin
a. Has maximum permission level to all the folders and files in the data room
b. Can invite users, can create groups and can set/modify permissions of different
kinds of group such as Restricted admin groups, Collaboration user groups and
Individual user groups

Can disable access to user/group

Can delete user/group
Can move user/group to another group
c. Can access reports in Web GUI and can export in EXCEL file. Can do export in 3
different ways:
