    OUR PRINCIPLES

    We TRUST that our children are capable and confident.


    We RESPECT that they are an equal & valued member
    of our family (and act like it)

    We ENCOURAGE their independence and ALLOW


    them to help.

    We LOVE to use language like “you did it” to build


    their self belief.

    We BUILD their confidence by allowing them to


    learn from their mistakes.

    We OBSERVE closely to understand our children’s


    interests.

    We ACCEPT that all emotions are valid and


    acknowledged.

    We INSTILL healthy boundaries by practicing freedom


    within boundaries.

    We ENCOURAGE turn taking over sharing.


    We DO OUR BEST to MODEL and GUIDE rather than instruct
