As a Director of operations for the Health Department of Los Angeles, CA. by providing

senior management, leadership and public health expertise. The position entitles leads, and

manages staff and response teams to prevent, minimize, and contain adverse health events and

conditions resulting from communicable diseases, water and contamination borne outbreaks,

chronic diseases, environmental hazards and health. The department oversees compliance with

public health practice’s, guidelines, and other health agencies. The community dimensions of

practices are:

 Public Health advocates and adopted community engagement strategies

The motivation behind the administration everyday are the wellbeing to guarantee the fruitful

accomplishments of the vison and mission of the health department. As a health care director on

of the many responsibilities are; oversee staff, guarantee safety, financial stability, report

keeping, safeguarding facility, up keeping equipment, gather data, evaluate each situation, and

make sure we follow all policy and procedures.

As a director of Los Angeles Health department, I would fulfill all my staff needs, which are as

follows:

Primary Health Care Staff

 Primary Care Physicians/ Physician’s assistant- practices general medicine on all

age.
