INGREDIENTS
43 g (half) banana
25 g flour
15 g (1 tbsp) stevia
⅛ tsp baking powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. In a small bowl, mash the banana using a fork. Whisk in the stevia, applesauce and
vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Then mix in the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Pour the batter into a 7-ounce
ramekin dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the
center comes out clean.
