There are three ways to manage anxiety attack such as doing something you love,
getting enough sleep, and connecting with others.

Problem-solution order.

materials for your statements.

Main point 1: Doing something you love

Anxiety often arises when you cannot completely detach yourself from life's
problems. Therefore, you should spend some time every day doing beneficial activities.
For example, listening to your favourite music, exercising, making art, or watching a fun
movie that can help reduce your anxiety. By doing something you love, and giving
yourself a chance will help relieve your anxiety both immediately and in the long run.

Main point 2: Getting enough sleep

Sleep is a mechanism to reset your body. A lack of sleep can leave anyone feeling
worn out, and it’s worse for individuals who suffer from anxiety. According to the Hello
Doctor website, teenagers should get at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night. The
best strategy to ensure you get enough sleep is to avoid using smartphones or other
electronic devices before bed. This can ensure you fall asleep and wake up on time.
This will help regulate your sleep cycle and can help you get a better night's sleep.
Making sure you get enough sleep is one of the best things you can do for your
body's health and well-being.
Main point 3: Connecting with others

If you suffer from anxiety, you may feel alone. So, to avoid being alone which can
cause anxiety, they should be spend time with friends, family, or support groups who can
provide emotional support. For example, share your problems and stories with the
closest and most reliable person. Sharing your problems with family and friends can
ease your thoughts and provide clarity. It may also improve your mood and at the
same time reduce your anxiety.

6. What type of visual aids will you use in your speech? Explain the reason you
choose the types of visual aids.

I use Canva as my visual aids because it is easy to display and has many elements
and themes that can attract the audience’s attention.
