Abstract ESC An uncommon hallmark of systemic autoimmune disease

Patient presentation

A 58-year-old woman presented with shortness of breath, hyperhidrosis, unsystematic anterior chest
pain associated with breathing, abdominal pain, gastroesophageal reflux disease.

The patient had prior diagnosis of systemic sclerosis, arterial hypertension, she was vaccinated with 2
doses of COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine and 2 weeks before her presentation she got administrated a dose of
influenza vaccine.
