GOVERNMENT NOTICE

The Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police, in compliance with the

requirement of section 35BD(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1947, gives the following Notice:

1 This Notice may be cited as the Road Sobriety Checkpoint (No. 2) Notice 2024.

Road Sobriety Checkpoints

2 Road sobriety checkpoints will be conducted by the Bermuda Police Service on
the dates and in the parishes specified below—
