As someone who have always been interested to work at your office, I was excited to see the
post that your office is currently hiring. I am writing this letter to express my interest in applying
as Administrative Aide of the Budget and Management Unit, Finance and Administrative
Division at Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office XII.

I am Alexis Mae D. Cabilis, a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Mmajor in Music,


Arts, Physical Education and Health from Notre Dame of Dadiangas University and a Licensed
Professional Teacher. I believed that I possessed the necessary skills, such as the flexibility to
change my working style and surroundings to suit the position I'm applying for. I am quite
confident in saying that I have a strong grasp of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
The skills that I hold will help me with the task. One of my specific strengths is keeping track of
and organizing vital data and paperwork, and I like doing it. When it comes to the work at hand,
I am extremely motivated and goal-driven, and I'll make sure to give it my all.

Additionally, I would be more than eager to participate in trainings to improve my abilities and
learn new information that I can apply to my work as an administrative Aide. I now want to
