End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Aplok

Guns
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”)
and FireWave Interactive (“Licensor”), the author, developer, and publisher of Aplok Guns.
Aplok Guns, including all JSON files, JS files, graphics files,
animation files, model files, data files, technology, development tools, scripts, and programs,
both
in object code and the source code (the “add-on”), the deliverables pursuant to this EULA
which
may include associated media and electronic documentation. Aplok Guns is an add-on to
“Minecraft”. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our add-on directly from
FireWave Interactive or indirectly through a FireWave Interactive authorized reseller or
distributor (a "Reseller" or
“Distributor”).

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and
using
the Aplok Guns add-on. It provides a license to use the Aplok Guns add-on.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the add-on, Licensee agrees to be bound by the
terms
and conditions set forth in this EULA. If Licensee does not agree to the terms and conditions
set
forth in this EULA, then Licensee may not download, install, or use this add-on.
This EULA agreement shall apply only to the add-on supplied by FireWave Interactive.

regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply
to
any FireWave Interactive. updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support
services for the
Software, unless other terms accompany those items on download. If so, those terms apply.

License Grant
FireWave Interactive. hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license
to use the
Aplok Guns add-on on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to load the Aplok Guns add-on on a device (for example a PC, laptop,
mobile, or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the
minimum requirements of the Aplok Guns add-on.
You are permitted to:
● Install and use an unlimited number of copies of the add-on solely for your own
personal use.
● Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the add-on solely for educational
purposes, this does not include any publication.

You are not permitted to:

● Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the
add-on nor permit the whole or any part of the add-on to be combined with or
become incorporated in any other software or product, nor decompile, disassemble
or reverse engineer the add-on or attempt to do any such things for commercial use.
● Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, include, build upon, or otherwise use the add-on
for any commercial purpose.
● Allow any third party to use the add-on on behalf of or for the benefit of any third
party.
● Use the add-on in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or
international law.
● Use the add-on for any purpose that PixelPoly Digital considers is a breach of this
EULA agreement.
● This add-on is licensed as a single product. Its components may not be separated for
use on more than one device.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

FireWave Interactive shall at all times retain ownership of the add-on as originally
downloaded by you
and all subsequent downloads of the add-on by you. The add-on (and the copyright, and
other
intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the add-on, including any modifications
made
thereto) are and shall remain the property of FireWave Interactive.

FireWave Interactive reserves the right to grant licenses to use the add-on to third parties.

Termination
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the add-on and shall continue
until
terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to FireWave Interactive.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement.
Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately
terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the add-on. The provisions that by
their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.
Governing Law
This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA
agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the US.

Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between FireWave Interactive and Licensee and
supersedes all prior understandings of FireWave Interactive and Licensee, including any
prior
representation, statement, or condition to the subject matter of this EULA. The licensee may
include the add-on in his or her own products if, and only if, they have written agreement
with FireWave Interactive. Such an agreement can be obtained by contacting FireWave
Interactive per email
at firewaveinteractive@gmail.com. Such agreements are given at FireWave Interactive’s
discretions.
