RE: SUPPLY RAW MATERIAL SHORTAGE

We noticed we have continually received shortage notifications from key raw material supplies and
carriers. As per warehouse records, for three months in a row, we received a material shortage from
January 2024 to March 2024 under PO -2043-20, PO-2064-20, PO-2077-20, and PO-2085-20.

The total we received in raw materials is 168,000 kgs which is equal to 240 bulks. For every bulk, the
material average shortage is 5 kg per bulk. The kg needs to be refunded which is 240 bulk x 5kg =
1,200 kgs. As per calculation 1,200 kgs x RM 3.90 = RM 4,680.00 needs to be refunded to Roflex Pipe
Sdn Bhd.
