Day to day mail communication with suppliers, merchandisers, H.Q(ITALY).
After getting shipment advice with IF list from nominated forwarder then need to check properly each Import File it is okay
or not .If there exists any missing imported file then need to collect invoice, system PL, weight list to open import file.
Issuing IC if all the doc’s are correct and release the IC within 72 hours after getting original docs. Collecting the original
shipping doc’s within ETD 03 (three) working days. Collecting courier details from shipper after sending original bank to
bank doc’s as well as inform to HQ. Making Sea-Air shipment approval after checking with mailing doc’s with original IR
copy and Care label. Giving approval to forwarder to receive the shipper goods for catching target feeder vessel.After ETD,
open the Import File as per forwarder DSR (Daily Shipping Report) as well as update shipment information at System/Citrix.
Collecting the original shipping doc’s within ETD 03 (three) working days for checking doc’s as well as approval for hand
over the doc’s to nominated forwarder. If the docs are correct then upload PDF doc’s to Citrix. For air After getting air flight
schedule of pre-alert from forwarder then updating system as well as issuing IC. Supporting to Head Quarter colleague for
all shipping related issue. Providing H.S. code, Cat details and other’s shipping related information to vendor Invoice certify
at system of Import File. Follow up with QC for collecting Inspection Report for final shipment quantity. Opening Import File
if the PO red mark or delay. Making approval to forwarder for SEA-AIR shipment after getting original IR as well as shipping
doc’s. Updating the follow up chart.
