Word Cleanup

1. Select all text.

Ctrl+D for go to font and text adjustment.

Alt, O, P ===> for paragraph setting.

Find and Replace

1. Double space [ ]  Single space [ ]

2. Before space with enter mark [ ^p]  should be only enter mark [^p]

3. Double enter mark [^p^p]  Single enter mark [^p]

3. After space with hyphen [- ]  Check with pdf manually. [don't do replace all].

4. Before space with hyphen [ -]  Check with pdf manually. [don't do replace all].

5. Before space with dot [ .]  Check with pdf manually. [don't do replace all].

7. Before space with comma [ ,]  Check with pdf manually. [don't do replace all].

9. Section breaks [^b]  should be single enter mark [^p]

10. Column breaks [^n ]  should be single enter mark [^p]

11. Manual line break [^l]  should be single enter mark [^p]

12. Check with pdf paragraph to paragraph manually.

13. Spell check process.
