WORK EXPERIENCE
• Working as Associate Support Consultant since January 03, 2019 till date. Working with
Finance and Accounting (Accounts Receivables) team and Allscripts Central/Client Connect
Portal team.
• Worked as Intern at Allscripts from April 30, 2018 till January 03, 2019.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work experience on major entities in Oracle(R12) (Receipt, receipting enquiries, Transaction
account details Etc.)
• Responsible for working on cases created for Allscripts Central/Client Connect Support portal and
for accounting queries in Service NOW.
• Working on customer Query and trying to resolve query within SLA.
• Pull the data like ageing report, payment history, Maintenance Report from oracle for respective
accounts and send it to the clients with payment request.
• Also share the invoice copies, contract copies, account statements to the respective clients.
• Reaching out the internal team like Cash App team, Billing and dispute team as per the client’s
queries.
• Chase the clients for payments against the overdue invoices.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls and the mailboxes and action queries as required.
• Preparing the customer statement (Including overdue and outstanding invoices) and send the
statement via email and also chase the customer for overdue payments via calls and emails. (Based
on customer).
• Conducting team hurdles to discuss the concerns and achievements of team on weekly basis.
• Responsible to take Follow up from Debtors for Remittance advice.
• Responsible for reconciliation for all misc. receipts in oracle.
• Responsible to Prepare Pre-work for manual receipts creation.
• Providing Floor Support
• All customer calls, Weekly Global calls, aging report calls, Accounts receivable & Payable review
calls, collection calls, cash application calls etc.
• Responsible to clear all Incoming payments in Oracle for both regions trust provider and ISFE on
daily basis.
• Handling process of both Voice and Non-voice with customers in order to provide current
statement of account and overdue status and payment requests.
• Track the payment status via bill trust also taking the payment details from the clients.
• As per the conversation with client via call or emails need to update the notes accordingly on oracle
under the accounts.
• If the business or practice closed, then request to client for the legal proof.
• Work on Tax Exempt cases coordinating with the Sales Tax team.
• For the unidentified clients we need to ask W9 form, Tax Exempt Certificate if there is name
difference.
• Worked on Termination cases, Address change request and Name change requests for 24months
under the same team.
• Responsible for making outbound calls to the clients.
• Provide excellent customer service using skill sets of active listening, probing and good
communication.
• Using the right templates documentation is done on cases for better understanding of the issues of
client and its resolution.
• Prepare Knowledge Base articles for client reference.

• Worked on a Testing project for Allscripts Central/Client Connect Portal. Gathered the
enhancement request from the clients. Worked on Unit and Functional Testing. Executed testing on
