GEOLOGY OF THE AREA UNDER PROPERTY (LUFUSI)

1:0 LOCATIONS

The area under property is located at Lufusi village, in Mpwapwa District, Dodoma
Region.

The area is well accessible by using two alternative ways. One way is through Morogoro-
Dodoma Highway, at Gairo town turning to South West, totaling about 210Km. Another
way is the Morogoro to kilosa way, at kilosa going to Lumuma then at the area under
property totaling about 150 Km.

2.0. GEOLOGY OF THE AREA

The area is situated in the Usagaran rocks with Metagabro and Biotic Gneiss as
geological units. The area has been affected by the Lumuma Fault which can be the
source of mineralization in the area.

3.0 MINERALIZATION

Copper mineralizing has been found in the area in the form of veins(10 to 20 cm veinlets)
emplaced in the Metagabro rocks about 2km by 1km.
Samples which have been collected in the area analyzed in Laboratory and return with
with an average of 25% of Copper with some anomalies of gold and Silver.

The area with mining activities has started since colonial time, and as the change of
Politics lead to change of policies and no mining activities in the area after colonial time.
In 1997 Tanzania has changed Mining Policy and Mining act has changed in 1998 all of
which brought conducive environment for Mining investment.

4.0 TENAMENT DETAILS

➢ Copper (Cu) ranges from 15% to 40% from mineralized zones.
