Manufacturing Engineering Alumni Reunion.
Alumni Reunion Overview:
The Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering Alumni Reunion aims to bring together graduates
from our department, fostering a sense of camaraderie and providing a platform for networking,
professional growth, and reminiscing about shared experiences. This two-day event is designed to
celebrate the achievements of our alumni while reconnecting them with their alma mater.
Key Activities:

An informal gathering for alumni to reconnect, share professional experiences, and build valuable
networks.

Panel discussions, keynote speeches, and technical presentations by distinguished alumni,
showcasing advancements in the field.
3. Campus Tour:
An opportunity for alumni to revisit familiar spaces, witness the department's growth, and interact
with current students.
4. Stage performances
Stage shows are now part of the activity plan for our upcoming alumni reunion, get ready for a celebration
filled with incredible performances.
5. Alumni Recognition Dinner:
A formal dinner to honor distinguished alumni, share success stories, and acknowledge their
contributions to the field.

Sponsorship Request:
To ensure the success of this event, we seek your sponsorship and support. Your contribution will
go towards venue rental, catering, promotional materials, and other logistical arrangements. In

return, we offer various sponsorship packages, including prominent logo placement, recognition

Budget:
We estimate the total event cost to be Rs.500,000. Your sponsorship of Rs.2500 per person and
4000 with your spouse will significantly contribute to creating a memorable and impactful reunion
for our alumni.
