DONATION INTER VIVOS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This DEED OF DONATION is made and executed this 14 th day of MARCH at Balungao,
Pangasinan by and between:

SPS. ROLANDO R. VILLENA AND MYRNA A. VILLENA, Filipino citizens, both of legal age and
residents of Brgy. Sampaloc II, Dasmariñas City, Cavite and hereinafter referred to as DONOR;

-and-

BRYAN A. UMAYAM, Filipino citizen, of legal age and a resident of Brgy. San Joaquin, Balungao,
Pangsinan referred to as DONEE.

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner in fee simple of a parcel of land located at
Brgy. Sampaloc II, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite consisting an area of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT (108) SQ.
M., more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 057-2014084737 of the Registry of Deeds
of Province of Cavite, and more particularly described as follows:

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

A PARCEL OF LAND (LOT 25, BLOCK 10, OF THE CONS.-SUBD. PLAN, PCS-04-026017, BEING A
PORTION OF THE CONS. OF LOT 3877-A-3-A & LOT 3877-A-3-B, (LRC) PSD-132014 AND LOT 3877-A-4-A,
PSD-04-188053), SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF (MALINTA), NOW SAMPALOC-2, MUNICIPALITY OF
DASMARIÑAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, ISLAND OF LUZON. BOUNDED ON THE NW., ALONG LINE 1-2 BY
LOT 22; ON THE NE., ALONG LINE 2-3 BY LOT 27,BOTH OF BLOCK 10; ON THE SE., ALONG LINE 3-4 BY
ROAD LOT 7; AND ON THE SW., ALONG LINE 4-1 BY LOT 23, BLOCK 10; ALL OF THE CONS.-SUBD. PLAN
BEGINNING AT A POINT MARKED “1” ON THE PLAN, BEING N. 02 DEG. 33’W., 1872.79 M. FROM MON.
NO. 84, IMUS ESTATE; THENCE N. 76 DEG. 28’E., 8.00 M. TO POINT 2; THENCE S. 13 DEG. 32’E., 13.50 M.
TO POINT 3; THENCE S. 76 DEG. 28’ W., 9.00 M. TO POINT 4; THENCE N. 13 DEG. 32’W., 13.50 M. TO THE
POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTAINING AN AREA OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHT (108) SQ. M.

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the love and affection of the DONOR unto and for the
DONEE, the DONOR, by these presents, CEDES, TRANSFER AND CONVEYS, and has CEDED,
TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED by way of DONATION, unto the DONEE the above-described
parcel of land, free from liens and encumbrances.

The DONOR has reserved for himself/herself other properties in full ownership sufficient enough
to support him/her according to his/her economic status in life. This donation is not made in fraud of
creditors since he/she has more properties left to answer for any indebtedness or obligations contracted by
him/her.

ACCEPTANCE BY THE DONEE:

The DONEE hereby accepts this Donation and expresses his heartfelt gratitude for the kindness
and generosity of the DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures on the date and place
mentioned above.

who have satisfactorily proven to me their identity through their identifying documents written
below their names and signatures, that they are the same persons who executed and voluntarily
signed the foregoing Deed of Donation which they acknowledged before me as their free and
voluntary act and deed. Further, persons acting in representative capacity declare that he/she has
been given authority to sign in said capacity.
The foregoing instrument relates to a Deed of Donation consisting of three (2) pages
including this page of acknowledgment signed by the parties and their instrumental witnesses on
all pages thereof, in my presence, and sealed with my Notarial Seal.
