Please accept this as my formal notice of resignation as Quality Assurance Analyst.

Although I have enjoyed working with you and working for the company for almost 4
years, personal reasons necessitate that I vacate the position and focus on improving
my situation at home. I have given this decision a lot of thought. I have decided that it’s
time for me to move on. My last day of employment will be on July 15, 2022.
