सावजिनक सूचना

उ मीदवार क जानकारी के िलए सूिचत कया जाता है क बोड ने सीटीईटी जनवरी 2024 म उपि थत होने वाले
उ मीदवार को उनके अनुरोध पर िनधा रत शु क के साथ ओएमआर शीट क ित के साथ गणना शीट दान करने का िनणय
िलया है।

• जो उ मीदवार ओएमआर शीट क ित के साथ अपनी गणना शीट ा करना चाहते ह, वे अपेि त शु क पये 500/- के
साथ इसके िलए दनांक 25.03.2024 तक या उससे पहले आवेदन कर सकते ह।

• िजन लोग ने पहले ही आरटीआई अिधिनयम 2005 के तहत या अ यथा आवेदन कर दया है, वे पये 500/- के आव यक
शु क के साथ इसके िलए नए िसरे से िनधा रत ितिथ से पहले आवेदन कर सकते ह।

• िनधा रत शु क कसी भी अनुसूिचत बक ारा जारी द ली/नई द ली म देय सिचव, सीबीएसई के प म बक ा ट के

मा यम से इस कायालय को भेजा जा सकता है।

• उ मीदवार को अपने आवेदन म अपना रोल नंबर, नाम और पता सही ढंग से अं कत करना चािहए। बक ा ट के पीछे रोल
नंबर और नाम का भी उ लेख कया जाना चािहए। बक ा ट के साथ िनदेशक, सीटीईटी को संबोिधत आवेदन पीड पो ट
ारा या सीटीईटी यूिनट, सीबीएसई, पी.एस. 1-2, आई.पी. ए सटशन, पटपड़गंज, द ली-110092 पर ि गत प से
भेजा जाना चािहए।

• ओएमआर शीट क ित के साथ गणना शीट कसी भी सं थान या कू ल को दशन, ावसाियक उ े य या ट मीिडया के
िलए दान नह क जाएगी। उ मीदवार क ओर से जमा कया गया आवेदन और अधूरा आवेदन िबना कसी संदभ के
सरसरी तौर पर खा रज कर दया जाएगा।

बोड के स म ािधकारी का िनणय अंितम और उ मीदवार पर बा यकारी होगा। ओएमआर शीट क ित के साथ
गणना शीट उ मीदवार को के वल पीड पो ट ारा दान क जाएगी। हालाँ क, कसी भी प रि थित म इस कायालय म
25.03.2024 के बाद ा होने वाले कसी भी अनुरोध पर िवचार नह कया जाएगा।

PUBLIC NOTICE

It is notified for information of the candidates that the Board has decided to provide
Calculation Sheet with copy of the OMR Sheet to the candidates who have appeared in CTET January
2024 on their request along with prescribed fee.

 The candidates, who intend to obtain their Calculation Sheet with copy of the OMR Sheet,
may apply for the same along with the requisite fee of Rs.500/- on or before Date
25.03.2024.

 Those who have already applied under RTI Act, 2005 or otherwise may apply afresh for the
same along with required fee of Rs. 500/- before stipulated date.

 The prescribed fee may be remitted to this office through Bank Draft in favour of Secretary,
CBSE payable at Delhi/New Delhi issued by any scheduled bank.

 The candidates should mention their Roll No., Name & Address correctly in their application.
The Roll Number & Name should also be mentioned on the backside of the Bank Draft. The
application addressed to the Director CTET with bank draft should be sent by speed post or
by hand at CTET Unit, CBSE, P.S. 1-2, I.P. Extension, Patparganj, Delhi-110092

 The Calculation Sheet with copy of the OMR Sheet shall not be provided to any institution or
school for display, commercial purpose or to print media. Application submitted on behalf of
the candidate, and the incomplete application will be summarily rejected without any
further reference.

The decision of the Competent Authority of the Board shall be final and binding on the
candidates. The Calculation Sheet with copy of the OMR Sheet will be provided to the candidate by
speed post only. However, no request will be entertained which will be received after 25.03.2024 in
this office under any circumstances.
