The process flow points below show who is responsible for each Machine
Tracking and Maintenance (MTM) module:
1. Shared Business Objective Management
Department: Maintenance.
To open Shared Business Object in the workspace, click on Shared Business Object.
Create master database of company’s asset information.
Create Asset Type & Asset Status.

To add an Asset Type
1. Open Share Business Objective Management.
2. In Share Business Objective Explorer, select the “Asset Type”.
3. Right click on Asset Type, point to new then the New Code dialog box displays.
4. Select New Code dialog box.

5. In New Asset Type Code, write an asset code (max 10 characters) and the full name in
Description and Select Machine Type.
6. Click Finish to Complete.
To Add an Asset Status
1. Open Share Business Objective Management.
2. In Share Business Objective Explorer, select the “Asset Status”.
3. Right click on Asset Status, point to new then the New Code dialog box displays.

4. Select New Code dialog box.
5. In New Asset Status Code, write an asset code (max 10 characters) and the Description in
Description box.
6. Click Finish to Complete.

2. Organization Management
Department: Maintenance.
To open Organization Management in the workspace, click on Organization Management from MTM.
Add a Production Group
1. Open Organization Management.
2. In Organization Explorer, select the “New > Group”.
3. Right click on Group, point to new then the New Group box displays.

4. In New Group windrow, write a short name of production group for machine (max 10 characters) and the
full name in Description box.
5. Enter other fill, Group Centre code, Group type and Location code.
6. Click “OK” for Finish.

3. Machine Management
Department: Maintenance.
To open Machine Management in the workspace, click on Machine Management from MTM.
To Add a Machine
1. Open Machine Management.
2. In Machine Explorer, select the file >New> Machine.
3. Right click on Machine, then new box displays.

4. In New windrow, write a machine code (max 10 characters) and the full name in Description box.
5. Enter other fill, Machine type, Asset Code, Asset Type & other.
6. Click “OK” for Finish adding machine.
7. Go to the Action > Initialize Machine Tag.

8. A new windrow will come.
9. Select desire Machine code and Click on “Generate”.
10. Click on “Initialize” and make it done with Bundle Tag and Init Machine/Init Cable Set.

4. Graph Management
Department: Maintenance.
To open Graph Management in the workspace, click on Graph Management from MTM.
Check different machine related Graph like Active machine, Nill Machin.

5. Report Management
Department: Maintenance.
To open Report Management in the workspace, click on Report Management from MTM.
Check Different Report from Report management.
To view a report, click Home > MTM.

6. Machine Maintenance
Department: Maintenance.
To open Machine Maintenance in the workspace, click on Machine Maintenance MTM.

Go to Recover > Recover Machine Transaction.
