II. Inclusions III. Exclusions
▪ Cost of labour and materials. ▪ Restoration of masonry for embedded piping, and chipping works.
▪ Connecting copper pipes with rubber insulation and tapes. ▪ Metal drilling, Glass cutting, and other carpentry works.
▪ Connecting field wires. ▪ Dismantling of old units shall be charged. (₱2,500/unit)
▪ PVC Drain piping. ▪ Civil works, architectural, and other government permit licenses.
▪ Electrical Tapes. ▪ Work permits and authorization from building administration.
▪ Outdoor unit brackets with screws, bolts, and nuts. ▪ Drain line water and condensate disposal.
▪ PVC/Metal Clamps. ▪ Feeder line from Client's Main breaker to unit's breaker.
▪ Circuit Breaker if applicable. ▪ 1.0-1.5 HP unit(s) circuit breaker, unless unit is plug-less.
▪ System Reprocessing/System dehydration/System vacuum ▪ The excess piping kit shall be charged;
▪ Testing, Start-Up & Commissioning ₱420/ft for 1.0-1.5 hp, ₱470/ft for 2.0 hp, ₱520/ft for 2.5 hp,

30 Days Specific parts from repaired, relocated, and re-piped units from the date of Start-Up & Commissioning
90 Days Workmanship warranty from date of purchase of unit from RCTC Temperature Control.
1 to 5-Year Brand Warranty Spare parts under normal usage, subject to brand warranty conditions from the date of purchase.
5 to 10-Year Brand Warranty Compressor warranty from date of purchase.

V. Terms

50% Down-Payment on the date of the job order, 50% upon Start-Up & Commissioning of the unit(s). Credit Card Payments with inclusions of promotions
such as: Buy Now, Pay Later Promo, Zero-Percent & Reg. Interest Installment and Straight Payments and Straight Payments are charged before the
commencement of any unit installation, maintenance, cleaning, repair works. This quotation is only valid within fifteen(15) days upon reciept.
