 Identify quality deficiencies and root causes at infancy to avoid substantial repetition
prior to discovery and minimize rework.
 Inspection equipment of Hazardous Area‐ensure equipment is suitable for the area in
which it is installed.
 Inspection all frame/support equipment electrical include installation for power
transformer, Main Switchboard, Emergency switchboard, Fixation Panels, Engine
Generators, etc.
 Familiar with electrical equipment inspection, installation, testing of electrical cable
LV/MV/HV, IPB/NPB, Substation Switchgear, Transformer, HV/LV motors, DCS, AC/DC
UPS‐Battery, Earthing systems, lightning arrester, Heat tracing system, etc.
 Prepared Check List & Datasheet of Electrical & Instrument Equipment.
 Witness and verify cable continuity test and insulation test or Insulation test including
the correct use and installation of cable glands.
 Squence Test Panel, Check Vibration, Temperature, RPM Motor.
 Check Earthing (proper electrical grounding) checks for continuity and resistance during
installation.
 Preparation of test records and reports.
 Completion of check sheet requirement and Planning of process to completion report.

material summary according ITP & requirement.
