After our discussion about social background in Ameriaca in 1950’s, the accused 16 years old boy will not

be treated fairly without any prejudice or partial by justice system. America in 1950’s had a very serious
prejudice against couloured people and children. People at that time segerated black people and
mistreated children so they way that the jury treat the accused will not with fairly likenow without any
partial or disadvantage. For more clearly, in this case the judge will not interpreting and analysing the
evidences of the case properly at all and the reasons is they don’t care about life and death of a children
that don’t have any relation with them, especially he is a black people. They don’t feel that they have any
responsibility about their decision and responsibilty to Therefore, all jury will vote guilty so they could
finish their job at court as fast as possible.
