mentioned above, at the office of the Competitive Examinations Coaching Centre, at Presidency College Campus, 100,
Kamarajar Salai, PWD Estate, Chepauk, Chennai-600 005, Tamil Nadu.

He/She should produce the photo copies of all original documents, duly attested (one set) in respect of all the claims made by
him/her in the application.

The Required documents are :

Recent Passport Size Photo - 2 nos.
10th mark statements.
12th mark statements.
Mark statements and Certificate for higher qualification.
Community Certificate from the competent revenue authority.
Aadhar card.
Destitute Widow certificate (if applicable).
Ex-Servicemen certificate (if applicable).
In respect of Differently Abled candidates, proper certificate of Physical Disability obtained from the Medical Board, in
the relevant Specialty, specifying the nature and degree of disability (if applicable) .

* The candidates who fail to produce any one of the above original documents will not be allowed for certificate verification and
they will not be given any further chance.

1. The Commencement of classes are intended to start after the admission of the students.
