Different population groups
• Group II (Adults) of the population pyramid
are known as the WORKING population, or
also the ECONOMICALLY ACTIVE people.
• Group I (Elderly) and Group III (Children) of
the population are called the
DEPENDENCY/DEPENDENT population.
