Tuy nhién, didu nay chT cdn thiét voi nog trong hep nhat dinn {vi dy trong trréng hep sai lech ngudn vashoBc trxég hop 06 di chuyén (6c bleh). 8.4.4 Khang nguyén-Vi (khang nguyén vd) Khang nguyén nay la khang nguyén vé va co thé che khuat céc khang nguyén-O lam cho cac vi khudn khong ngung két voi khang huyét thanh-O. Thanh phan chinh ctia khang nguyén-Vi la polysaccharid. Céc ching Saimonetia cé khang nguy&n-Vi d}c hon so véi cdc ching khéng c6 khang nguyén-Vi. Khang nguyén-Vi oé thé ch? ¢6 mat trong ba Saimanelia serovar. TCVN 10780-3:2016 — Salmonetia Typhi: 9,12, [Vil:d:-; - Salmonella Paratyphi C: 6,7,{\il:o:1.5; - Salmonella Dublin: 1,9,12, [Vil:g,p:-. Trong cac ddu ngoac vusng cho thay cé thé 66 hode khéng c6 mat khang nguyén-Vi. CHU THICH: Sy cé mat cdc khang nguy8r-Vi trong cdc ching phan lap cla Salmonefia tir mu thye phdm hoje mu thi y ta rat hidm gép. Néu ob m&t khang nguyan-Vi, nb 88 che khudt cic khéng nguyén-O.
