1. Discuss the Golden Rule in Interview. (10 points)


Answer; The golden rule in the interview simply means that in conducting an interview you need
to be aware first if the interviewer has gone in the crime scene then it is the right time you must
conduct or proceed to a person you has been target of interview. As Interview initiated ,it must
be approachable and be polite to an interviewee to make him feel comfortable and answer all
the questions you has to be asked and could get an information you want.

2. Discuss the Concepts of Interrogation. (10 points)


Answer; Interrogationis defined as the controlled questioning of
witnesses and crime suspects in order to obtain useful information and
for the purpose to elicit the truth. It involves effectiveness of
interrogation depends upon the craft, logic and psychological insights
of the interrogator on information and questions relevant to the case.

3. Why Direct and Indirect Interrogation are important in investigation? (10 points)

Answer; To properly secure and manage the statement evidence that is gained during interactions
with suspects or possible suspects. The purpose of the investigation is to explore in detail the
allegations, to examine the evidence in depth, and to determine specifically whether misconduct has
been committed, by whom, and to what extent.

5. Why Digital Investigation is important? Explain and elaborate your answer. (15 points)
Answer; Digital investigation help investigators understand the who, what, when, where, and
how of cybercrime and to hold those responsible accountable for their actions. It also aids in
the recovery, analysis, and preservation of computers and related materials for the investigating
agency to present them as evidence in a court of law. It aids in determining the motive for the
crime and the identity of the primary perpetrator.
