Discussions:

At exactly 1:30 PM, we started the meeting with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Marites B. Apa. I
introduced myself to the parents and after the parents and guardians introduced themselves shortly.

After, I discuss the agenda.

1. HPTA Election:
The meeting started with the election of officers. The election process was explained, and enthusiastic
volunteers expressed their interest in participating.

2. School Rules and Regulation


After the election of officers, the discussion on school rules and regulations, particularly focusing on the
enforcement of wearing the school uniform and school ID. It was highlighted that these rules are
important for maintaining a disciplined and secure environment. The parents/guardian agreed the said
rules. Also, teacher informed the parents regarding the tardiness and absences. Teacher highlighted the
students with high rate of tardiness and absences.

3. Class Schedule and Grading System


Teacher informed the parents that exactly 7:30 – 4:30 P.M is the class started and class ended. Regarding
the grading system, teacher discussed the three components in the E-CLASS RECORD of the teacher;
WRITTEN, PERFORMANCE TASK AND QUARTERLY EXAM.

4. Students Documents/Credentials
The third agenda is concerning about the documents needed. Teacher mentioned the names of students
who are not yet submitted their PSA LIVE BIRTH.

5. Others: Water Dispenser and Upcoming SHS-ACTIVITIES


The water dispenser agreed both the teacher and parents to ensure students’ access to clean drinking
water. Additionally, plans for upcoming Senior High School activities, including Intramurals and Uno.

As the meeting drew to a close, attendees were enthusiastic about the positive outcomes of the discussions
and the commitment shown towards improving school life.
