Close analysis of the poem,

"Now You Hear Me"

The title 'Now You Hear Me'? is all about the Mother Nature what it looks like in the past and that
people do not think of the possible problems or consequences of being abusive and greedy. Nature
deserves to be loved and protected.

The speaker in a poem is the imagined voice of the poem. It can be the poet themselves, an imagined
character, a creature, or even an object. The speaker is the persona whose words, thoughts, feelings, and
actions are represented in the poem. It's important to note that the speaker of a poem is not necessarily
the poet themselves or a real person. It is an imaginary voice, sometimes a character in a story, or an
imagined being.

The speaker describe the nature in the past century as everything was peaceful and at peace when
people or humans harmoniously live with the nature. It describes the beauty of the nature at the
beginning and how it was slowly shattered or brokened.

"The mountains were painted black with burning bruishes" that's the line that presents the
environmental problems that the world faced today like for example on what happened yesterday at one
of the mountain part of diffun that are really burned.

Kaingin or burning the mountain, cutting trees, and mining can cause floods, soil erruption, earthquake
and also the smoke when we burned, it can affect the ozone layer that can cause climate change.

The author's purpose on writing this poem is for us to realize that everything we do has consequences
and for us to realize that the effects on our wrong deeds is doing no good to our nature

I think the purpose of the author aims to raise awareness about being greedy and our abusive actions
to our mother Earth. Other author purpose is to let us remind that nature is the necessary or essential gift
from God and to wake up what our mother nature's experiencing.

As a student I will protect the environtment through practicing and applying the 3R's
Reuse,Reduce,Recycle. Planting Trees and avoiding uncontrallable cutting trees and burning mountains
and also picking garbages to prevent pollution provides cleaner air and water. If we want to save the
environment or the Nature, we should stop exploiting our natural resource, we must use it in a fair and
unselfish way.
