I am Christine P. Ignas, and I am currently enrolled at Franciscan College of Immaculate

Conception formerly taking the course of Bachelor of Secondary Education BSED. I am one of
the best students in our class, but I have some difficulties due to our financial problems. I am
applying for the Educational assistance Program the Municipality is giving, to help me pursue
my study. This letter is to inform you that I have submitted an application form together with all
