IN our situational analysis, We focus significant satisfaction in providing a large selection of
vehicles, such as vans, automobiles, and luxury cars, so that everyone has access to suitable and
reasonably priced transportation options.
Our reliability ,cost effective, demographic segment separate us from rivals such as Pathao,
Uber, and Obhai.
Strategic partners and suppliers are two of the stakeholders who fuel our company's
development. Our plan for expansion is to use advanced technology to provide better service
and reach outside major cities. Travel with us while we transform it.
Market Analysis:
In Bangladesh, the ride-sharing app market grows quickly and heavily utilized by travelers. From
a research we get that net worth of current ride sharing economy around $259 Million dollars.
In the upcoming years, we predict that it will reach $1 billion. An average of 6 million rides were
taken each month in January, each month 7.5 million rides are taken. Base on the customer
needs and demand the market in growing day by day. Uber takes 25% of the fare as commission
and Pathao 15% . we can take 15-17% as commission to capture the market .
