What is SCRUM?

• SCRUM is a framework in AGILE methodology.

• Scrum is a simple framework based on learning from
experience, helping small teams solve complex problems and
deliver valuable products.
• It involves iterative software development in short cycles
(SPRINTs), delivering working software and getting customer
feedback to ensure the right value is delivered in each Sprint.
• Scrum allows for quicker adaptability, flexibility, faster time-
to-market, increased collaboration, customer satisfaction,
continuous improvement, and risk mitigation, among others.
