Subject: Request for reversal of SOC charges on current bank account (No. 653305052525) at
your branch

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention an issue I have been facing with my current bank
account (No. 653305052525) at your Rajwada Chauk Main Branch, SANGLI. I have been charged with
SOC charges since March 2023 until now. The detailed chart of charges is attached herewith.

When I opened my account, I was informed that I would not be applied any type of charges. However, I
have been charged on the name of SOC charges since then, which has caused me great inconvenience.
As a loyal customer of ICICI Bank Ltd. for the past 10 years, I feel disappointed and unheard.

I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter and reverse the said charges immediately. It would be
greatly appreciated if you could provide me with an explanation for the charges that were applied
despite being informed otherwise.
