Upon learning of your opening for a Security Manager role, I hastened to submit my resume
for your review. With my skills, and detail-oriented nature, coupled with my passion for
ensuring the safety and well-being of both personnel and assets,and a solid background in law
enforcement over 20 years in Malawi Police Service with different rank, I believe that I would
be an invaluable asset to your organization’s security department.

I possess over 20 years of experience in the Malawi Police Service, during which I have held
various leadership positions with increasing responsibility. In my most recent role as the Police
Office, I was responsible for the development and implementation of security protocols, risk
assessment and mitigation, emergency response planning, and staff training for a complex,
multi-site organization. Under my supervision, we achieved a number of reduction in safety-
related incidents and a significant improvement in response times.

Furthermore, I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, which have consistently
enabled me to collaborate effectively with all levels of management, law enforcement agencies,
and diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
