SIDDHA KALYAN SADHANA

Siddha Kalyan Sadhana is the basic requirement for retaining and maintaining Siddha energy, which we
get through the Siddha process initiated by inductors /Professors or Dr.Swami Hardas himself. Siddha
Kalyan Sadhana is required to be recited minimum two times a day i.e. once in the morning and once in
the evening.
Surrendering:
Sit erect, body should not have any tension, close eyes, start, deep, breathing
Say ‘Si while breathing in and ‘dha’while breathing out.
This way the ‘Siddha’ word will be completed, which should be uttered in mind thrice.
Manasapooja:
This should be performed with Whoever God, Power you believe, remember him and perform pooja the
way you do .Now think that he is bestowing you energy, wait for half minute and recite following
Siddha Kalyan Sadhana repeating each line three times.

Muzse Niswarth Bhav Se karvaiye
Jisse Sabko Arogya, Shanti Mile

Muzse Aise Satkarm Karwaiye


Jisse Muze Aur Sabko
Arogya, Shanthi Mile Sabka Utkarsh Ho

Before opening eyes, meditate and ask some of the following questions to yourself.
What efforts I have done for getting /giving Health, Peace and Progress to self, family and others?
What contribution and which way I have rendered services for the welfare of others?
Now open your eyes slowly.
