Your pants will be graded in the following areas. Make sure you check each one off as you go. Scale: 0 = not done, 1-3 = poor, 4-6 = needs improvement, 7-9 = average, 10 = excellent

Possible Grade 1. Fabric is appropriate for the 10 project. Nicely ironed and laid out. 2. Pattern pinned to fabric 10 (pins 1½ - 2 inches apart). 3. Patterns cut out neatly and on grain 10 with notches cut outward. 4. Fabric pinned correctly before 10 sewing (pins 1 ½ - 2 inches apart) 5. Seams are even and straight using 10 correct seam allowance. 6. Seams finishes 10
7. Crotch area reinforced and 10
trimmed. 8. Elastic and/or drawstring are 10 inserted correctly. Casing is correct width and is finished off. 9. Buttonholes and button attached 10 correctly. 10. Pocket reinforced, topstitched 10 and mitered. 11. Hems are correct width. No raw 10 edges. 12. Nicely pressed and all loose 10 threads are cut. Used time wisely.
