We have audited the attached Balance Sheet of the ONE INDIA ONE PEOPLE
PARTY, VADAKKENCHERY as at 31 03 2023 and also the annexed Income and
Expenditure Account for the year ended on that date prepared in conformity with
accounting principles geneiallv accepted in India These financial statements are the
responsibility of the Society management Our lesponsibihty is to express on opinion of
these financial statements based on our audit
We conducted our audit in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in India
Those standards lequire that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable
assurance about whether the financial statements are free from material misstatement
An audit includes examining on a text basis, evidence suppoiting the amounts and
disclosures in the financial statements Our audit also includes assessing the accounting
principles used and significant estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the
overall financial statement presentation We believe that our audit piovides a reasonable
basis for our opinion
We have obtained all the information and explanations, which to the best of our
knowledge and beliet weie necessary lor the purpose of our audit
In our opinion, the receipts and vouchers were maintained properly The book keeping
and accounting aie to be improved
The Balance Sheet and the Income and Expenditure Account dealt by this report are
agreement with the books of account
In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanations given
to us~ the accoimts give a true and fair view
