Langkah-Langkah pengujian tensile

1. Sambungkan kabel 3 phase mesin hidrolik dan kabel computer.

2. Nyalakan computer dan buka kunci emergency stop pada mesin hidrolik dan mesin utm,
lalu nyalakan mesin hidrolik dengan memutar tuas seperti montor
3. Buka program sesuai template (MTS STH ASTM E8 Metal tension (PT)).
4. Ukur spesimen dan masukkan pada inputan data.
5. Pada computer, buka interlock dan naikkan ragum hingga muncul tanda merah berkedip
6. Pasangkan spesimen ke ragum (dari atas dahulu)
7. Lakukan run pada program dan zero signal pada tension dan load lalu start pengujian
8. Tunggu hingga memperoleh hasil.
9. Apabila spesimen terputus, lepas spesimen dari ragum (dari bagian atas dahulu) dan
turunkan ragum sedikit
10. Ukur pertambahan panjang, lebar, dan ketebalan spesimen lalu masukkan pada program.
11. Data akan muncul. Save program dengan save as program.
12. Simpan data ke excel dengan menekan item yang bertanda I maka akan langsung tersimpan
pada excel.

Tensile Testing Steps:

9. If the specimen breaks, remove it from the gripper (starting from the top) and lower the
gripper slightly.
10. Measure the elongation, width, and thickness, then enter the data into the program.
11. The data will appear. Save the program with "Save As Program."
12. Save the data to Excel by pressing the item marked with an "I," and it will be directly saved
to Excel.
