In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as the GULAYAN SA PAARALAN
PROGRAM COORDINATOR of CANDANUM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, effective on
AUGUST 25,2022 in addition to your teaching loads.

You are expected to perform the duties and responsibilities attached to your designation and such other
related functions as may be assigned (reference: DepEd Memo No. 095,s.2018 “Sustaining the
Implementation of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP) in Public Elementary and Secondary
Schools Nationwide”)

The designated GPP Coordinator, shall be tasked to:

a. Work, hand in hand with the Feeding Coordinator in the preparation of school food
production/school feeding plan in the effort to address malnutrition among learners;
and
b. Prepare planning calendars at the beginning of each year in order to ensure a year-around supply
of harvest for feeding. Target vegetables for production purposes shall be prepare in a Gantt
Chart;
c. Responsible in disseminating notices/communications, consolidating, and updating data or
relative to GPP; and
d. Submit the report to the SDO through the District Office.
