SUBJECT: Designation of Undersecretaries and Assistant Secretaries

as Cluster Leads of the Functional Organizational
Structure of the Department of Health for the
Implementation of the 8-Point Action Agenda

In view of Administrative Order 2023-0015 entitled “Adoption of the 8-Point Action

Agenda as the Medium Term Strategy of the Health Sector 2023-2028”, and Department
Order No. 2023-_0630_ entitled “Functional Organizational Structure of the Department of
Health for the Implementation of the 8-Point Action Agenda”, the following DOH officials
are hereby designated to lead the various management clusters to ensure streamlined
performance and implementation of DOH mandates.

Under this Order, the above mentioned Cluster Leads shall act on all matters
pertaining to the designation consistent with the DOH functional structure, as provided in
Department Order No. 2023- _0630.

All other issuances inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of this Order are
hereby revised, modified, repealed, or rescinded accordingly.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
